Please note that we only publish Bid Wins of association meetings which live up to the ICCA Association Database criteria, which means meetings must:
a) rotate between at least 3 countries
b) be held with a certain frequency (we do not register ad hoc meetings)
c) attract at least 50 participants
ICCA will check your meeting details and has the right to refuse publication if the meeting does not live up to these three criteria.
